Integrity in every aspect of homebuilding... since 1957

About Us

The Sukonik Building Companies, Ltd. is the natural outgrowth of Sukonik and Casper, founded in 1957. Since 1989, the Sukoniks have been building in the desirable townships along Route 422 in Western Montgomery County. Brothers Neil and Jonathan Sukonik bring an intuitive sense of integrity and hands-on experience to every aspect of the homebuilding process, which is reflected in their popular communities. Their primary focus is on personalized service, quality construction, and attention to detail. From the company's inception, they wanted to create communities and build homes in a limited geographical area to capitalize on their top reputation.

    Jon Sukonik continues to be an active leader in the homebuilding field. His recent efforts and accomplishments include;
  • HBA Bucks / Montgomery Counties: Past President, Life Director, 2 time PILLAR Award winner
  • PBA: Board of Director, Chair - Construction Liability / Risk Management / Building Materials Special Committee, Vice Chair - Construction Codes and Standards Special Committee
  • PHRC: Regional Representative to PA Housing Research Center at PSU
  • NAHB: Board Member, Construction Liability sub-committee, Codes and Standards sub-committee

By establishing long-term relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, and subcontractors, they have further defined their vision of blended talents and love of homebuilding, which has become their competitive advantage. Neil Sukonik explains "We see the neighborhoods along Route 422 as outstanding places to live. They are close to incredible shopping and employment opportunities, and have great accessibility to the surrounding areas, while maintaining a rural character." Adds Jon Sukonik "We feel this area continues to have extraordinary desirability, so we have carefully chosen opportunities to best serve our prospective homeowners."
